Pavel has spent majority of his career in FinTech of regulated financial services industry. He has spent half a decade on “the largest single trading floor in the world” and has felt firsthand the heat from the IT service delivery mishaps on the trading floor. Pavel is spending his energy to make IT service delivery a smoother experience for development teams, shortening lead times, increasing velocity, making better products and ultimately better end user experience. He has been advocating for DevOps adoption in his line of business to bridge together segregated change and run sides of the firm. These days, Pavel is engaged in a journey to the Cloud, his line of business is currently undergoing.
